RecreationalSki boots, skis and helmets are provided at the slope but we ask that you bring gloves and have arms and legs fully covered. For your own comfort we recommend you bring along a pair of ski socks. (If you don't have these, rugby, football or school sports socks will suffice.)
LessonsOur lessons cover all abilities from complete beginner, which is our taster lesson, through snowplough 1, 2 , 3 and 4, progressing onto plough parallel and finally parallel. All lesson are at your pace which you feel comfortable with. Check out what level of skier you are!
RacingFor those with greater ambitions we hold slalom race training, starting with a warm up ski, then training drills and either training markers or a slalom course. We can bring you to a standard of racing in Gloucester summer league or to enter the Welsh ski academy.
Instructor training If you are interested, we are also able to help you to become a Snowsports Level 1 instructor. Training can start for any skier over 15 who can do basic parallel turns. These sessions will improve your own personal level of skiing and break it down into it's basic form in order to begin your journey to becoming a Snowsport instructor. The coach will guide you through all stages until you are ready to attend a level 1 course at any venue throughout the U.K. Steph and Joel have both trained with us through our system, and are now instructors within our club. |
